As infants, we’re presented with a strange new world to discover. And with nothing else to do, we devoting all our time to learning how to use our five senses. At first we appear completely hopeless, not even realizing that our arms and legs are parts of our body. As kids, the world is our classroom. First we learn some basics like how to hold a crayon and how to share. After you finish school, you’ll never again have someone giving you homework. In college, things get a lot more specialized, but we’re still continuing to learn all that we can. Than we go to work, it just like visit a foreign country, we’ll be forced to learn a new culture. It’s bound to be a shock to find that not everyone does things the way you’re used to, and a culture shock means a learning experience.

That is why we create a culture that encourages and supports continuous employee learning, critical thinking, and risk taking with new ideas, allow mistakes, and value employee contributions, learn from experience and experiment. We disseminate the new knowledge from direct experience, the experience of others and develop conceptual frameworks or paradigms for interpreting that experience throughout the organization for incorporation into day-to-day activities.

And Marketing—Developing, delivering, and managing compelling brand and customer experiences while ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing spend launching—"product & services".
